One of the fastest turnarounds we’ve ever taken on. To make it work, strategic pipeline adjustment played a key weapon.
Intermediary steps like sakkan and sou-sakkan were skipped, shifting higher demands on layout and animation, where performance had to carry both expression and accuracy. Yes, on time and absolutely on-model!
That said, every project comes with its own trade-offs. At Otsu Labs, speed isn’t just about moving faster, it’s about adapting faster.
