With only six weeks in production, every decision had to matter. We approached the project not as a trailer, but as a foundation — where story, visual language and animation direction all pointed toward something bigger.

When it shipped, it didn’t just deliver. It opened the door for everything that came after.

Job Description

Solutions you will deliver

• Growth Strategy & Transformation Blueprint — 10–14 week engagements: where-to-play / how-to-win, capability roadmap, investment plan, transformation governance, Board sign-off.
• Growth Operating System Design — KPI tree, planning cadence, budget governance, campaign operating rhythm, ROI dashboard, agency scorecard + change management & pilot.
• Marketing Effectiveness & Investment System — MMM / attribution / dynamic budget allocation; CFO–CMO investment governance.
• Gateway diagnostics, C-suite workshops, and Embedded Squad / Growth PMO for implementation handoff.
• Own scope, timeline, workstreams, output quality and margin of engagements end-to-end (typically 10–14 weeks, phased Diagnose → Design → Operating Model → Transformation/Pilot).
• Translate ambiguous client problems into structured workplans (issue trees, hypotheses, analysis plans) across strategy, operating-system and measurement engagements.
• Facilitate CEO/CMO/CFO workshops and Gateway diagnostics; run Board endorsement and sign-off ceremonies.
